Cancellation Policy

All bookings made online or by telephone with tastetheblue training may be cancelled without penalty within 14 days from the booking date, unless the event start date falls within this period, in which case you agree to waive your right to a 14-day cooling off period.

Bookings cancelled by the participant after the 14-day period and more than 4 weeks in advance of the event start date are subject to a 25% or £50 (whichever is the greater) administration fee. Bookings cancelled after the 14-day period but within 4 weeks of the start date are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend the course, but can find a replacement for your place (who satisfies any course pre-requisites), you may transfer your booking with no charge.

Where tastetheblue training have to cancel a course or event you will be offered the choice of alternative dates, to transfer your booking to another course provider or a full refund.

Expenses charged or incurred in connection with any training or event are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, flights, hotels/accommodation, mileage, and pre-paid subsistence.

Any refunds due will be made within 14 days of the cancellation.
